O beautiful age of deceptions and utopias!
The musical fresco that Giacomo Puccini dedicates to youth, carefreeness, dreams and love will be staged for four performances. The bohemian life of the group of young, idealistic and penniless artists is set against the backdrop of the “French May” between Christmas 1967 and the first months of 1968. The ferment of rebellion of the young French of that historical period can be recognized in the scene conceived by Christophe Ouvrard, a French set designer trained at the École des Beaux Arts de Bordeaux and with numerous successful productions to his credit in France, Germany and Austria. The direction of the show is entrusted to Christophe Gayral, who after a career start as an actor in classical and contemporary theater shows, puppets, street theater, cabaret, contemporary dance, street choir, has dedicated himself to directing operates in France and Italy.
