River SUMMER 2023 “EcoSerchio: food, environment, sustainability”
The “River Festival” is coming back this year, an event included in the VIVI LUCCA calendar, to talk together about food, environment, sustainability: three closely linked themes that directly involve our future and that of the planet. The food system is at the crossroads of some of the most important challenges of our time: addressing climate change, ensuring access to food and food security, reducing waste, arresting biodiversity loss, providing citizens with options for sustainable consumption, through defining lifestyles functional and low environmental impact.
Every evening will be entertained by music and buffet tastings.
