Santa Zita Flower Market

The traditional Santa Zita Festival is back in Lucca, don’t miss it! We’ll be waiting for you!

From 22 to 27 April (9am-8pm) in the historic center of Lucca, the very traditional appointment with the market exhibition of flowers and sweets of Santa Zita, one of the most loved moments of the year by the people of Lucca. Five days that – organized by Confcommercio and its Città di Lucca shopping center – will fill with colours, floral displays and stalls that will find space in piazza Anfiteatro, piazza Scalpellini, piazza San Frediano and via Fillungo.

San Frediano and Scalpellini squares there will be gardens set up in collaboration with Opera delle Mura, in Anfiteatro square the protagonists will be 11 flower and nursery exhibitors from various areas of the province of Lucca, but also from Verbania or in one case even from Holland, which will sell and display plants, fruit trees, flowers, seeds, bulbs, chillies and much more. On Monday 24th at 10.30 there will be a tour of the authorities and the inauguration of the event with the choice of the most beautiful and particular stall. Every day Unicef presence with the new charity fishing activity with plants and flowers put up for grabs by the exhibitors themselves.
