Antiques and Music “resurrects” after 10 years of absence. A happy return in the name of the most characteristic events for the city.
The streets of the Antiquari of Lucca come back to light up and to be delicately contaminated by good music in this 19th edition of the event that from 1995 had been a regular appointment until 2012.
The galleries in the area in via del Battistero will remain open until 11 pm and at the same time in the adjacent courtyards (Corte del Gallo, Corte Bertolini and piazzetta del Battistero) musical entertainment and artistic performances will take place.
It starts Wednesday August 31 at 7 pm in Corte Bertolini with music by Boccherini, Apua, Folk and ethnic, at
8.30 pm in Corte del Gallo The Fibbiallans, at
9.30 pm in the square of the Baptistery Jazz with Teresa Rotondo, Artist performance with Silvia Tuccimei.

7 pm in the square of the Jazz Baptistery Matteo Landucci duo, at
8 pm in Corte Bertolini Boccherini, Nola and Signorelli (flute and guitar duo),
9 pm in the Corte del Gallo performance by the Società di Danza Circolo di Lucca with Scottish dances,
10 pm in the Baptistery square with Don Antonio & the Graces. Artist performance with Silvia Masini.

7 pm in Corte Bertolini Boccherini, Nissuin duo for violin and guitar,
8.30pm in Corte del Gallo Classical Music, a

“We understood Antiques & Music as a form of promotion of the neighborhood and the activity that constitutes its distinctive feature – so the antiques dealers -; at the same time, however, also as a moment of fun, of involvement for the audience that will participate. The intent is also to restore the “Antiques Quarter”.
