Art Exhibition “The Colours of a Life” (last weekend)

On Saturday 15 October the retrospective of Maestro Gualtiero Passani entitled “The Colors of a Life” will be inaugurated in the Sala Affresco of the San Micheletto Complex in Lucca. At 5 pm the presentation will be held and to follow the inauguration of the exhibition of this important artist of the twentieth century, born in Carrara in 1926 and died in Lucca on October 29, 2019. Following the inauguration in the Sala Affresco, accompanied by an aperitif offered to all the attendees.
The exhibition is curated by the Centro Studi D’Arte Lorenzo Pacini and traces the various pictorial phases that involved Passani up to the last years of his life, “an excursus that takes into account all those variants that made the expression great and innovative art of this important master of the last century. Exhibitions like this – explain the organizers – are the tangible demonstration of a great evolution of which the artist was capable, a going beyond, not only from the city walls, but beyond the nation itself, an art without borders that honors Lucca which saw him as a resident for over 50 years. Many of the works on display are unpublished, unknown to enthusiasts and collectors, one more reason not to miss this important appointment “.
