Enogastronomica 2022 is presented in a completely new and above all out of line version. A new edition in form but not in substance.

An event that aims to enhance the “know-how” , the artisan tradition still actively present in Florence and its province which for the occasion is intertwined with the food & wine sector which will act as an enhancing element.

Tuscan food and wine excellence is always at the center, in three days of events – 13,14 and 15 May – which will not take place in one place, but in a range of magical and fascinating locations.

The tastings will take place in small artisan shops, but also in medium and large companies that still work on the solid foundations of Tuscan craftsmanship. These locations will open their doors to the public who will be able to see some phases of the production; and then stop to meet many of the most famous chefs of the Tuscan landscape , often starred, and taste their dishes.

All this flanked by tastings of local products: wine producers, flagship of Tuscan production, craft breweries and a wide selection of excellence and gastronomic productions of Tuscany.

In these moments, these shops and companies will welcome the public in a new way, giving life to a mosaic of events that the public can choose and why not participate in more than one every day.

Many of these realities, which will host the events, are not open to the public , they are exclusive places because they are productive, but for Enogastronomica they made an exception. 

For the three days of the event – 13, 14 and 15 May – the doors of these workshops will open; and the public will have the opportunity to enter the places where the objects are born.

Each place has a story to tell and wonderful creations to show; and the public will be able to know and admire them. these stories of the artisans and admire a part of their production.

La Bottega, the workshops are a symbol of socialization, of direct, real exchange. Not virtual.

The artisans are widespread in Florence but also in other areas of our wonderful territory, from Chianti to Mugello, from Empolese Valdelsa to Valdarno Valdisieve, including the Piana.

The public will be entertained every evening, in every place with stories about the shop, the products, the chefs, the wines, by Leonardo Romanelli,  expert and critic of food and wine together with an all-female pool of artists and presenters.

A unique and fun calendar : a total of 19 appointments with tastings and stories that will take us back to the places of artisans for a few days. Each experience will be unique and different both for the food and wine offer and for the location.
