Limbo Festival – Music, Nature, Food & Friendship

LIMBO will take place at Il Ciocco Resort & Estate, a naturalistic area of over 600 hectares with different types of accommodation facilities, two restaurants, a sports village and 42 kilometres of paths, trails and cycling routes.

LIMBO is a Boutique Festival made of music, nature, food and friendship: simple but vital ingredients for chemistry between people. In 2021, with the first edition, we understood what we wanted to achieve. In 2022 we return to our beloved Living Mountain with new energies and a vision that arises from the sharing of resources, passions and ideas.

In this year’s line up, the ambient, electro, house and techno DJ sets from international artists will be the appropriate soundtrack for each moment of the festival.There will be social occasions – such as Italian food and wine free masterclasses – and convivial gatherings – such as gourmet dinners and tastings of local specialties. There will be chances for those who want to play sports in nature and for those who choose to do nothing and enjoy the atmosphere. There will also be space to be silent and simply breathe.

LIMBO was born with a sense of well-being typical of our territory, the Garfagnana, the purest and wildest heart of Tuscany which, spared from mass tourism, boasts unspoiled corners and timeless traditions. The concept of a tribe is the central metaphor for this year’s edition. Respect for the community and love for the land are the values that inspire us.

PHASE 1 LINE UP will see the participation of Prins Thomas, Jimi Jules, Luca Bacchetti and Desiree. More artists will be announced shortly.

In fact, the metaphor of the tribe, understood as the sharing of experience and diversity as a wealth, inspires the 2022 edition of LIMBO FESTIVAL. A spirit that will be embodied through musical sets, food and wine tastings, sports activities and opportunities for meeting and dialogue.

Music, which generates harmony between civilizations and religions and manages to evoke rituals and traditions, will accompany the sunsets and festival nights. The DJ sets of Prins Thomas, Jimi Jules, Luca Bacchetti and Desiree, will range from house, disco, electronic and ambient sounds and will all be accompanied by moonlight performances.

In addition to the program, there will also be free talks, panels and masterclasses that will be an opportunity for meeting and dialogue on gastronomy and winemaking traditions, photography and visual arts, music and well-being.

To complete the experience, it will be possible to go trekking, hiking, biking, yoga and meditation, surrounded by the colors and scents of Tuscany and immersed in the Mediterranean scrub.
