Race/Walk to the 11 most beautiful villas of Lucca
Over 170 runners took part in the first edition in 1977 but there was only one villa – Villa Reale in Marlia. A new record occured in the 42nd edition of 2018, reaching 20,000 admissions and 12 villas. This year the number of participants is limited to 2.500 per distance (4/10/16/26km).
The participants can run or walk 4, 10, 16 or 26 km to 11 of the most beautiful villas surrounding Lucca. The passage inside the gardens of the villas is made possible thanks to the generosity of the owners.
