Opera Concert for The Holy Cross

At 9pm on Saturday 10 September the opera concert organized by the Lucchesi nel Mondo association in collaboration with the Teatro del Giglio returns to Lucca.

The 2022 edition of the concert for the Holy Cross brings to the stage of the Teatro del Giglio a program entirely dedicated to arias and duets taken from the works of Giacomo Puccini and Alfredo Catalani, interpreted by artists of absolute stature.

The female voice will be that of the soprano Valentina Boi, established thanks to her voice with a burnished timbre and rich in harmonics, as well as a first level interpretative ability, leading her to perform in the most important theaters with large repertoire roles, finding the favor of both the public. than criticism. Together with Boi, the Brazilian tenor Max Jota and the bass-baritone from Lucca Roberto Lorenzi: both have to their credit a career studded with international successes both on the stage and in important opera competitions.
