The Aquilea soup is the only one with a recipe included in the PAT list (traditional agri-food product), in the Showcase of Tuscan specialties and Aquilea the only soup town !!! Soup and wine pairing .. Divine !!
In the spectacular location of the Lucca hills, between the vineyards and plains of the town of Aquilea, the tradition of the Aquilea soup festival is repeated. The soup (only with vegetables from local Morianese farms!), Grilled meats, oil and wine from the Aquilea farms, pies with creamy vegetables and chocolate will taste your palate and bring you to remember ancient flavors.
