• The Lucca wine tasting course is suitable for all those who want to start understanding wine better, through a simple, engaging and fun method . The course takes place over 6 evenings , each with a different theme and a theoretical part , followed by a practical session with tasting .
• The Lucca wine tasting course starts from the birth of wine, addressing the stages of harvesting, vinification and refinement to then teach how to taste the various types of wine: bubbles, white and red.
• A final mini-dinner is also included,  during the last evening of the course, in which the food-wine pairing  techniques to be applied during home dinners or those in restaurants will be discussed.
