Practice with us Yoga & Meditation, a lesson to celebrate Peace in all its forms!
– Peace as a condition of absence of wars and conflicts
– Peace as harmony, concord of purpose between two or more people, in private relationships or even in social life – Peace as a condition of material tranquility, of rest, of stillness
– Peace as a state of tranquility and spiritual serenity, not disturbed by fears or worries .
We will practice together the sequence of the Ten Gestures of Peace of Yoga Ratna and a meditation accompanied with the Mantra of inner peace and compassion “Om Mani Pedme Hum”.
