WATER and FLOUR mini amateur courses to learn the art of dough
Every Thursday at the Albogatti starting from 13 October
1 – Mother yeast and selection of flours: baking with tastings of seasoned bread
2 – Focaccia and pizzas: work in the pan
3 – Cecina, testaroli and spelled wafers: unleavened gluten-free preparations
4 – Fresh pasta: egg pasta and water- based pasta
In collaboration with the La Valle della Lavanda farm which produces stone-ground ancient grain flours.
