A narrator will accompany the journey into the atmosphere of the director’s most famous films, to meet the characters that populate the world of Tim Burton.
The songs are reinterpreted and played strictly live.

The Spleen Orchestra was born in 2009 from the meeting of a group of artists united by Tim Burton’s passion for poetics, consolidating over time the idea of ​​a show that can be defined as a freak circus in the name of the Burtonian imagination. The scenic and visual staging with a gothic-fairytale atmosphere enriches the passages taken from the films and performed live. A band of eight elements, make-up, costumes, sets and special effects to accompany the audience on a journey through the director’s many narrative universes. After ten years and dozens of memorable concerts in Italy and Europe, the experience allowed the band to build its own language, aimed at reinterpreting the most famous pieces by composer Danny Elfman.
