National Day of Urban Trekking

What a Trekking Show … Lucca is on stage tonight.

An evening walk in the historic center of Lucca, to learn about the places, stories, characters and curiosities that make this city spectacular and link it to the world of music, cinema and entertainment.
Here great musicians and composers known all over the world were born and started their extraordinary careers, such as Giacomo Puccini and Luigi Boccherini and, also from here, international music stars such as the Rolling Stones have passed.

Lucca and its wonderful views are the protagonists of film sets of unforgettable films with Alberto Sordi and Nicole Kidman.

The city is the multimedia stage of Lucca Comics & Games: comics, games, video games, cinema, TV, illustration and the fantastic world of cosplayers who animate the streets, squares and historic city walls right now.

A city that has always been a place of music and art, a glorious past and a present that shows off all its talent.

The guided tours are enriched by short concerts, on the musical notes of the musicians and composers of Lucca, organized by the “Luigi Boccherini” Higher Institute of Musical Studies in Lucca.
