SUMMER CINEMA RETURNS TO VILLA BOTTINI: FROM TUESDAY JUNE 28, 75 DAYS OF CINEMA UNDER THE STARS
Everything is ready for the opening of the Villa Bottini cinema arena, EstecinemA, this summer its 41st edition. On Tuesday, June 28, the projections will start and will continue uninterrupted until Sunday, September 11. Every night a different movie, with the best proposals of the film offer of the current year, together with the new summer releases and the previews of the next season. The event is entrusted for the next 4 years to the management of the Central Cinema, which continues without continuity compared to the past editions.
The setup of the arena will keep last year’s news, with more distance between the rows, possibility of buying tickets online for all the projections, numbered seats that guarantee the certainty of the desired place.
With the return of great author films and the best international blockbusters, proposed on the big screen in the last three months, the program is very varied and with an offering suitable for all cinematic tastes. The most anticipated movies are definitely “Top Gun: Maverick”, more successful than Tom Cruise’s all time, who desperately wanted to wait for the pandemic to pass so he could propose the movie in cinemas worldwide, “Jurassic World: Domini” on”, “Elvis”, biopic about the well-known singer, also proposed in version original with subtitles, “Thor: Love and Thunder”, proposed in contemporary with the worldwide release in original version with Italian subtitles, “Lightyear”, the last Pixar Animation masterpiece. The author’s cinema will be the main protagonist with “Ennio”, Giuseppe Tornatore’s film about the history of maestro Morricone, a must-have film, “Nostalgia”, presented in competition at the Cannes Festival, directed by Mario Martone with Pierfrancesco Favino, “Ariaaferma”, “It was the hand of God” and “I laugh here”, winners of David’s of Donate it. British cinema space with a dedicated evening, “Portrait of the Duke”, “Belfast”, won multiple awards in major festivals and international awards, “Spencer” and “House of Gucci”, two films about international famous characters. Special event on July 18 with the live screening of the premiere of “Toilet”, where director and actor Gabriele Pignotta will be present at the screening interacting with the audience in the room and alternating with the comedy’s screen images ia with live coverage.
The program is also very rich for the month of August with the previews of “Minions 2” on August 8-9-10, of the best Italian films releasing in September and the proposal of the premieres in competition at the International Art Show Cinematic tea of Venice.
Screenings start every night at 21.30, ticket office opens at 20.30. Inside the Villa Bottini Park there is an active bar service every evening, available to spectators. Full entrance ticket 7 euros, reduced 5 euros for over 65 years and under 12 years; the subscription formula is confirmed with 5 entries for 23 euros.
