A few months ago we gave a little history on the Caffè delle Mura, located at the baluardo Santa Maria. Now there’s news! In November an auction took place for the new management of the facility and owners of the pizzeria in Piazza Napoleone won the bid. Brothers Umberto and Simone Costa say the area outside the building should be ready by mid-March, and by sometime in April the interior will be ready to open. There will also be a terrace on the roof where one can enjoy breakfast or aperitifs. Read more, in Italian, here.
