In this week’s video, Enzo makes Gnudi, a typical Tuscan dish. It is really naked Ravioli, Gnudi means naked in Tuscan, The “gn” sound is very hard for non-Italians to pronounce so you get a free Italian lesson thrown in!! We also walk around Pietrasanta, the home of many sculptures over the centuries, foundries and workshops are still alive in the city. Famous contracts for works of art were signed here.
