Siamo Tutti Ucraini – We Stand With Ukrainians
Save the date for Saturday, 14.May, 6pm
for a benefit dinner for Ukrainian refugees in Lucca in collaboration with Caritas.
A group of expats and Italians are organizing a garden party with home cooked, typical Ukrainian dishes prepared by Ukrainian chef Roman Korol, co-owner of the wine bistro Stravinsky on via Elisa in Lucca. His business partner Vladimir Reutov, who is also an opera singer, and many other singers and musicians will entertain the guests. The event will be hosted by the International School of Italian Cuisine in their lovely garden on via della Zecca.
Tickets will be €100 and will help cover the costs of the Caritas to care for refugee families in Lucca. Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca will supplement your contributions.
Even if you can’t attend the event you can help by donating funds or by signing up as a volunteer. It takes a village to put on such an event!
